What are the trees made from?
Hand-painted paint-grade HDF (high-density fiberboard) with a smooth hand-painted finish. HDF is an engineered wood-fiber material, not solid wood.
Can I choose a custom paint color?
Yes. Every product page offers a custom Farrow & Ball color option. Enter the exact paint color name and number. Custom individual trees have one $100 surcharge per order, regardless of quantity. Three-Tree Bundles have a $100 surcharge per bundle, making each custom bundle $398 before optional circle bases. All three trees in a bundle share one color. Photos show the standard color, not a custom-color preview.
Will every piece look exactly the same?
Small variations in color and finish are expected and make each hand-painted piece unique.
Which size should I choose?
Both The Manor Collection and The Metro Collection come in three heights: Small 14⅞″, Medium 17¾″, and Large 20″. Choose Small for a shelf accent, Medium for a versatile centerpiece, or Large for a stronger focal point.
Which bundles are available?
Our Three-Tree Bundle includes one Small 14⅞″, one Medium 17¾″, and one Large 20″ tree. In The Manor Collection, the Small and Large include a star; Metro trees have no star. All three trees must be one color and one collection/style. Neither colors nor styles can be mixed. The three-tree bundle is $298 without circle bases. Add zero to three circle bases for $38 each.
How much do individual trees cost?
Small is $88, Medium is $108, and Large is $128, without a circle base. Trees can be purchased individually in any quantity. An optional circle base is $38 per tree.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $12. Orders with a merchandise subtotal over $200 receive free standard shipping.
Which trees have a star topper?
In The Manor Collection, Small 14⅞″ and Large 20″ trees include a star topper and Medium 17¾″ trees have no star. The Metro Collection has no star toppers in any size.
Can I display them outdoors?
The collection is intended for indoor decorative use. Keep pieces away from moisture, open flames, and prolonged direct sunlight.
How do I care for my tree?
Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use chemical cleaners or immerse the piece in water.
How can I check my order?
Use the Track Order link in the header with your order number and checkout email.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns only for defective products or products that arrive broken in the box due to shipping mishandling. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or returns for color or size preferences. To request an eligible return, use the Contact page, choose Returns, and include your order number and a description of the issue.
